* Athlete quits (prior to first contest or after cuts) = Full Refund

* Athlete quits after first contest = No Refund

* Athlete is cut = Full Refund

* Athlete is injured = Prorated by number of days remaining in season. Doctor's verification required.

* Athlete Ineligible (examples: grades or disciplinary) = No Refund
